As France is to preside over the Paris Conference on Climate COP21 in December, FEPS is organising this conference together with Jean-Jaurès Foundation gathering international high-level experts and policy-makers to move forward a progressive vision for combatting climate change in favour of global collective action.

Speakers confirmed include:

– Laurent Fabius, French Minister if Foreign Affairs

– Ricardo Lagos, former President of Chile

– Jean-Pascal Ypersele, vice-chair of the IPCC

– Karl Offman. Former President (Mauritius)

– John Kufuor. United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Change and former President (Ghana)

– Marie-Hélène Aubert. Advisor to the President for International Environmental and Climate Change Negotiations (France).

– Ian Goldin. Director, Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford, former Advisor to President Mandela

– QI Ye. Director, Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy (China)
