FEPS Next Left Research Programme will see its’ upcoming meeting in hospitable Lisbon, where FEPS together with partners: Renner Institut and Res Publica will hold an intense two days event.

It’s building blocks consist of: internal meeting of the Focus and Working Groups (devoted to the peer review of the first drafts of the respective research papers, as elaborated by the Members alongside two major themes: equality and globalisation); the meetings with representatives of ResPublica and PS (to learn about the situation in Portugal and in particular about the success story of the Socialist Government), and the public event.

The latest will be held on Monday, 16th October and it will involved both European and Portuguese guest speakers, who will in their interventions focus on two themes – state of social democracy during the round of crucial elections in 2017, and the debate on the future of Europe. More information can be acquired from: Dr. Ania Skrzypek, FEPS Senior Research Fellow at ania.skrzypek@feps-europe.eu
