In view of the European elections, with our democracies being confronted with the rise of populism and conservatism, the Jean-Jaurès Foundation and the European Foundation for Progressive Studies (FEPS) are organizing a conference on what is at stake for the Union in 2019. What are the democratic, economic, social and environmental challenges it will face in the future?

Dans la perspective des élections européennes, alors que les démocraties du continent sont confrontées à la montée des populismes et du conservatisme, la Fondation Jean-Jaurès et la Fondation européenne d’études progressistes (FEPS) organisent une conférence sur les enjeux pour l’Union européenne en 2019. Quels sont les défis démocratiques, économiques, sociaux et environnementaux qu’elle aura à relever à l’avenir ?
