Former president of the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm. He has formally been Under-Secretary for Legal Affairs fi rst at the Ministry of Employment and then at the Prime Minister’s Offi ce. He has also been Chancellor of Justice and a substitute member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (the Venice Commis- sion). Johan previously served as the Parliamentary Ombudsman and was a legal advisor at the National Tax Board and Under-Secretary for Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Employment.
