Millennials are a fundamental part of our economies and societies. Promoting policies that enable this generation to swiftly integrate the labour market is nowadays seen as a challenge for policy-makers in a context of sluggish growth in the EU’s economy. In light of this, it is important to analyze whether the most recent youth-oriented labour market policies such as the EU guarantee have been successful to empower them to be an active part of the society.
