In what sense are women on the move currently and how does this influence the debate on equality? Taking into account the current crisis, is equality the price to pay for European stability? These were the starting questions of the debate that FEPS initiated with the participants of the ECOSY Winter University. This plenary debate has also served as a launching event for the 7th issue of the FEPS scientific magazine, Queries – The next women’s move. It offers a more in-depth analysis of similar concerns through its chapters on domestic work, living and working conditions of women migrants and contemporary predicament of feminism.
