Panel Discussion on Turkey with Mr. Öztürk Yılmaz, Vice-President of the CHP

Recognising the tremendous importance of the confluence of internal and external developments concerning Turkey, the Foundation for European Progressive Studies and the CHP EU Representation jointly organized a roundtable discussion with Mr. Öztürk Yılmaz, Vice-President of the CHP, Turkey’s largest social democratic and main opposition party.

The event also featured the participation of Mr. Miltiadis Kyrkos, MEP (GR, S&D) and Ms. Kader Sevinç, CHP Representative to the EU and PES Presidency Member, and was moderated by Mr. Vassilis Ntousas, FEPS International Relations Policy Advisor. The discussion took place on Tuesday, 11 October 2016, 12:30-14.30, and provided an excellent opportunity to address the key developments in the country’s domestic and international landscape.
