András Rácz is a board member of CEID and an expert on EU Foreign and Security Policy, the European Neighborhood Policy, and the Post-Soviet region. He is currently the Senior Research Fellow on Eastern Neighbourhood and Russia at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs. Previously he worked as a research fellow at the Institute for Strategic and Defense Studies at the Zrínyi Miklós National Defense University and at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs. He received his Ph.D. in Modern History and International Relations from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.
