Christian Paul is a Member of the National Assembly for Nièvre. Secretary of State in Lionel Jospin’s government (2000-2002), he is a member of the National Bureau of the Socialist Party; he created and chaired the Laboratoire des idées, alongside Martine Aubry, from 2008 to 2012.
