Emma Watkins was Senior Policy Analyst at IEEP until July 2025, specialising in circular economy, resources and waste related policies. Whilst at IEEP, she also worked on projects related to environmental taxation, low emission zones in EU cities, and the NetZeroCities Horizon project in support of cities achieving climate neutrality by 2030. In August 2025 she started a new role as Associate Director in the Environmental Policy and Economics team at the Logika Group, where she works on a wide range of environmental policy related projects for UK, EU and international clients.
