Eulalia RUBIO is a senior research fellow on EU economic affairs at the Jacques Delors Institute in Paris and an associate senior research fellow in the Economic Policy Unit at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels. She holds a PhD in political sciences from the European University Institute (Florence) and a master’s degree in public policy from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). She has also served as an associate professor at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of Universitat Pompeu Fabra and at the European School of Political and Social Sciences in Lille.
