Frederik holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen and is a senior economist at ECLM. He specialises in labour market economics, recently with a particular focus on technological change and the impact of AI on workers. His work also covers macroeconomic forecasting and modelling, as well as business cycle analysis. He is a former teaching assistant at the University of Copenhagen and works closely with Danish trade unions. He is also an active contributor to public debate, with a particular focus on promoting social justice in the labour market.
