Iris has been working as a Project Officer at FEPS since December 2025. She previously contributed to projects and events at the European Parliament, the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung South Caucasus, focusing on human rights, civil society support, and EU neighbourhood affairs.

She holds an International Master’s in Central & East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow and the University of Tartu, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Leiden University.
