Laura Panades-Estruch is Director of Postgraduate Studies in the Cayman Islands Law School, PhD candidate in Law at the University of Cambridge and an accredited academic for external expertise in the European Parliament Research Service. Her research interests cover public-private partnerships, public procurement and EU funding programmes. She has previously worked for the European Parliament and the DIGIWHIST European Commission project for early detection of corruption. She is a member of the Labour Party, FEPS, YAN (Young Academics Network) and the Fabian Society. She holds an LLM in Law, a BSc in Business Administration and an LLB in Law from Pompeu Fabra University.
