Vice President of Programs at the Open Tech Fund (OTF), leading efforts to advance internet freedom technologies, innova- tion and global human rights. He previously served as a policy specialist at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), where he focused on information and communications technology, inter- net freedom, and organising the Stockholm Internet Forum. Most recent- ly, he was Director of Security and Innovation at Civil Rights Defenders, overseeing protection programs and rapid response mechanisms for at- risk human rights defenders. With a background in internet research and social innovation, Marcin also served on OTF’s Advisory Council, guiding support for the internet freedom community.
