Mario Michael Ottaiano is a co-founder and consultant at Kyberon. His objective is to translate scientific knowledge on technology implementation, its consequences and preconditions to works councils and trade unions to facilitate their work in companies. He also works as a research associate in the Working with AI research group at the Berlin Weizenbaum Institute. As a PhD candidate, he focuses on changes to work, organisation and co-determination through AI. Mario holds a master’s degree in sociology from Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. He also worked as a union secretary for the IG Metall union in Germany.
