Ing. Petr Pavlík, Ph.D., is a scholar teaching in the Gender Studies Program of the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, Prague. His research interests include implementation of gender-equality policies in the Czech Republic, inequalities in the university system and sexual harassment in school environment. Apart from academic interests, he participates in activities focused on promoting gender equality and gender education of state officials. He also serves as an ombudsperson of the Technical University in Liberec.
