Stefano Manservisi is a former European Union official. He occupied various positions, notably as Director-General for Development and International Cooperation, Director-General for Home Affairs and Migration, and EU Ambassador to Türkiye. He served as Chief of Staff to President Romano Prodi and to HRVP Federica Mogherini. At present, he lectures at several Universities. He is a member of the board of several think tanks and the Chair of GCERF (the Global Fund to Prevent Violent Extremism).
