International Symposium on Building Governance Systems and Capabilities of BRICS Countries

On the invitation of the International Department of the Communist Party of China, FEPS sent its two representatives from the BRICS countries India and South Africa, Dr. Klaus Voll and Arnold Wehmhoerner, to attend this very well organized symposium.

Besides the official delegations from the five BRICS countries there were participants from Germany, France, USA and the EU. After the symposium, a closed BRICS Think Tank Council Meeting took place with two representatives from each of the five BRICS countries.
