This policy brief by Senior Economist Signe Hansen and Director Lars Andersen of ECLM explores an alternative economic framework to sperhead a gendered-economic recovery in Europe. This policy brief presents a gendered investment plan that will draw Europe in the right direction, creat jobs, increase the female participation rate, and ensure that Europe will have a quicker return to historical growth path as well as dealing with the demographic changes in the EU. The authors investigate the impact of enhanced childcare systems and increases in government investment on job creation and growth in Europe
