INDIA AND SOUTH ASIA: MARCH 2018 DOSSIER

This month, the section on political developments in India focuses on the dysfunctional parliamentary democracy, the shocking bye-election results in north India and the escalations in Kashmir perpetrated largely by Pakistan.
