More than four years after the outbreak of the worst economic crises since world war two, Europe still finds itself struggling to get out of the crisis. The consequences of the crisis so far have been severe. About 26½ million Europeans are unemployed – an increase of 10 million people since the beginning of the crisis. Youth unemployment has risen dramatically and today more than a third of the unemployed in the EU are youth’s in the age of 15-29 years.
