Is Malaysian politician and activist. He is a member of the Malaysian Federal Parliament for Ipoh Timor (since November 2022), a member of Malaysia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs’ Consultative Council for Foreign Policy. He also serves in the Parliamentary Special Select Committee for Foreign Affairs and International Trade and is a central executive committee member of the Malaysian Democratic Action Party (DAP). Howard was the 24th president of the International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY).
