Lea Gronenberg is Head of Communications and a research fellow at d|part, an independent think tank dedicated to strengthening political participation. Her work focuses on young people, including research on their attitudes and engagement. She is involved in the design and implementation of participatory research projects linking communities and decisionmakers, with the aim of translating findings into practice and informing policy. She holds a master’s degree in political science from Leibniz University Hannover.
