FEPS is glad to release the English version of the panel discussion hosted by the Freedom and Society Foundation to launch the Latvian Translation of the book “The Circular Economy and Green Jobs in the EU and Beyond“.

The debate in Latvian is available here.

Speakers discussed the book’s contributions and, in particular, the necessity to highlight further the social aspects of the circular economy, which include the impacts on employment. In addition, the panellists shared their views on the legislative proposals on the circular economy published by the European Commission on 30 March 2022.
