Network seminar & reform working group session

Hosted by YES & FEPS

Brussels, Belgium, 2nd to 5th October 2014

The aim of this three-day event was to gather representatives of YES member organisations as well as youth grassroots activists, together with EU policymakers, to evaluate youth participation at the European level in the institutions and in the social democratic political family, and furthermore to discuss ideas on how organisations can be better structured and how opportunities for direct engagement can be created.

The interventions from policymakers and leadership figures for important youth organizations made a valuable contribution to the discussions about the mission and vision of our organisations and helped establish our main goals for the future and strategy for advocating for youth interests.
