Studies in Marburg and London, doctorate in Kassel, habilitation at Duisburg-Essen University. Visiting Scholar at the ILR School, Cornell University. Previous research positions in Duisburg, Chemnitz, and at FORBA (Working Life Research Institute), Vienna.
