The Training of Trainers (ToT) is part of the FEPS Training Strategy and a building block of FEPS Training Programme. It is implemented together with Foundation Max Van Der Stoel and Karl Renner Institut.

The project offers trainers within the FEPS network the opportunity to upskill and carry out effective training throughout Europe and beyond.

The “Training of Trainers” aims to enhance the capacity of trainers within the progressive movement, set quality standards for the training components of FEPS projects, and enrich the FEPS pool of trainers by incorporating new professionals. It also aims to upskill the professionals already part of the pool.

The ToT creates an environment for the participants to improve their training skills (leadership, strategic communication, active engagement etc.) based on an updated and improved version of the ‘effective training methodology. In addition, each trainer participating will bring their own experiences and the exchange between trainers with different styles and ideas will be of great added value.
