Three former Prime ministers Massimo D’Alema (President of the FEPS), Alfred Gusenbauer (Chair of the FEPS research programme “Next Left” and Poul Nyrup Rasmussen (President of the Party of European Socialists), along with Paul Magnette (Federal Minister for Climate and Energy) and Isabelle Durant (Member of the European Parliament, Group of the Greens) participated in a debate at the ULB University about the new strategy which will give the opportunity for social democracy to structure the 21st century. This debate was organized by the FEPS in partnership with the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of ULB and the Renner Institute, to launch Vol. III of Next Left book series “Towards a new strategy”. This exchange was moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of ULB, Professor Jean-Michel De Waele and more than 150 participants sat in the audience of the ULB aula.
