We are kicking off the fourth edition of the advanced education course ‘Go Beyond’, organised and sponsored by FEPS, Uil Nazionale, and Pietro Nenni Foundation. Thirty young trade unionists will explore the macro-theme of just ecological transitions with experts and professionals in the economic and labour field, in five itinerant meet-ups across Rome, Melfi, Milan, and Bruxelles.

The first seminar, “Just transition and fight against Inequality – UN, EU and Italy’s objectives for the just ecological transition”, took place on the 21st of April in Rome, at the Bruno Buozzi Convention Centre (Via Lucullo 6, Rome, Uil Nazionale headquarters). It was led by Alessandro Zagarella, professor at the University of Rome UnitelmaSapienza. We discussed the global (UN Agenda 2030), European (Green Deal, Fit Package For 55), and national frameworks (PNRR) through a series of lectures and interactive workshops.
