FEPS’s President Massimo D’Alema sent his regards to Martin Schulz following his election as the new President of the European Parliament. “This vote, he said, is very symbolic for the progressive movement in Europe.“ Mr D’Alema also congratulated Hannes Swoboda, elected as new Group Leader of the S&D Group in the EP.
