We look forward to welcoming you at the G-100 Conference, which will take place on Tuesday, May 15th, from 19:00-21:30h at La Tricoterie in Brussels.

This conference is a refugee-led initiative, aimed at creating channels of dialogue between host and refugee communities, to address issues of concern to those living in the EU—specifically regarding democratic participation and higher educationA workshop took place on March 18th, where the thoughts, ideas, and round-table discussions of roughly 70 individuals, including new comers, university students, working professionals, migration experts, and locals, were brought together to share challenges and then cohesively worked to create concrete policy recommendations.  Themes emerged, such as a lack in information dispersal, insufficient support for integration, and gaps in communication among and between the various actors which play a significant role in the practical lives of newcomers.

Through this conference, it is the goal of G-100 that the voices of refugees will now be a part of finding solutions. This event will connect the most affected populations, with individuals and institutions in varied levels of the decision-making processes. We believe this interaction and intersection of dialogues is where change is birthed.

We invite you—decision makers, institutions, NGOs, individuals, new comers, and local & EU residents, to join us and be a part of these transformative dialogues that will take place.

Please be sure to register here to attend the event

We are looking forward to seeing you all on May 15th!
