Can self-organisation as a form of organisation be a driver of social change? And how do employees who work in self-organised companies or organisations fare?

Our project with Anny Klawa Morf Foundation in cooperation with the School of Social Work at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland explored these questions. Below you can download an executive summary of the results based on this study (in German)
