Rounding up the second cycle, members of the FEPS Young Academics Network will gather in hospitable premises of the Renner Institute.

Their work over this July weekend will focus on peer-review of the papers submitted by the respective working groups (Reinventing a Social Democratic Europe: What can we learn from the failure of ‘Social Europe’?; Higher Education and Vocational Training. Presenting the cases of England, Sweden, Italy and the Netherlands ; Youth Unemployment; What happens next? The transition of the second-generation migrants to the labor market across Europe: success stories or potential bombs?; Integrate Or Expatriate? Challenges and Opportunities in Migrant Integration.; Progressive Economic Governance: How Eurobonds relate to European Integration.), as also they will have a chance to exchange with special guests – Young Academics from India (who had previously authored articles in the 6th Issue of Queries “Asia: What’s Next? An Indian Perspective” ) Furthermore, it is foreseen that the meeting will be an opportunity to assess the FEPS YAN’s first two cycles and enter into a planning for the following one. FEPS YAN is co-coordinated by Ania Skrzypek, FEPS Senior Research Fellow and Judit Tanczos, FEPS Policy Advisor – whose efforts are supported within the seminar team by Michael Holzhauser.
