 2018 is the first of the five-year process that means countries should be reviewing their national goals and measures. This seminar aims to take stock of where commitments stand on carbon emissions and to assess where progressives in Europe can lead on the climate agenda. It will bring together researchers, political representatives and policy stakeholders to discuss the current priorities.
