Caitlin works as a Project Officer for FEPS and is contributing to projects under the training portfolio. 

She has previously been an International Coordinator for the youth branch of Save the Children Norway and has managed an equality and human rights-based project in Ireland, working with asylum seekers, migrants, and public bodies. She completed a traineeship in the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and worked as a Junior Executive Officer for Missing Children Europe. 

She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and International Organisation from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and a Master of Science in International Politics, from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
