After three successful editions in Belgium, Austria, and Estonia in 2024,  FEPS, RI, and FMS organized the first Training of Trainers session for 2025. This edition took place in Vienna from July 4th to 6th, 2025, and focused on upskilling existing trainers in our pool of trainers.

Twelve experienced trainers joint the seminar with the following objectives:

  • Upskill a representative part of the existing pool of trainers
  • Consolidate our network
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the FEPS Training Programme, and
  • Prepare for the FEPS/FMS/RI Training Day at the PES Congress in Autumn 2025

The main results of this ToT session were the design of three skills boosters that will be delivered during the PES Congress Training day and a roadmap for the development of our Pool of Trainers and FEPS Training Programme.
