The speed of the transformation towards an ecologically responsible economy is fundamental to avoid future damages, this itself is highly dependent on an ability to distribute the costs and benefits of the transformation in a way that does not exacerbate existing inequalities and secures citizen’s well-being.  FEPS’ work on Just Transition studies both the internal dimension and external dimensions of this transformation.
