The joint November/December Dossier focuses on a wide range of domestic and foreign policy developments in India as well as in the wider region, including the stature of the Bahujan Samaj Party in Uttar Pradesh, the state of the Republic at the end of the year and the scenarios with regard to the forthcoming Assembly elections in the important Northeastern state of Assam, the 3rd India-Africa Forum Summit, the visit by PM Modi to the UK, the strategic boost given to the relations between India and Japan by Abe’s visit and the rapprochement between India and Pakistan.
